Our client, a leading HVAC maintenance contractor have instructed us to find a Contracts Manager to assume responsibility for the head office of a leading financial investment bank near to Liverpool Street Station. Technically competent, ideally, with an electrical core discipline supported by a mechanical aptitude, you will have previously managed an engineering team (role covers a team of 4 Technicians & 1 Handyperson), posses excellent customer service skills, your organisational abilities should be well proven being able to prioritize tasks and keep sound records or all activity. The customer is looking for a driven and ambitious Manager that can take the contract onwards. Whilst you will initially only be required to oversee the contract budget, we would ideally hope that you will be able to further develop your commercial skills to ultimately be accountable for the contract finances. The client has budgeted to pay to Ј35,000 plus benefits
